This incredibly simple yet decadent dessert is my absolute favorite for Christmas, requiring only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (approximately 14.3 oz) of Holiday Winter Oreos (or any festive flavor)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened and cut into chunks
  • 16 oz. chocolate candy melts (milk chocolate, white chocolate, or dark chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace: Lay a long sheet of wax paper over a large cookie sheet or baking tray and set it aside. This will be used for setting the truffles.
  2. Crush the Oreos: Place the whole Oreo cookies into a food processor. Pulse until the cookies are finely crushed into a consistent crumb. If you don’t have a food processor, you can place the Oreos in a large Ziploc bag, seal it securely, and crush them with a rolling pin until finely textured. For an optional decorative touch, reserve a small handful of these crumbs for sprinkling on top of the finished truffles.
  3. Create the truffle base: Add the softened cream cheese chunks to the food processor with the crushed Oreos. Pulse again until the mixture is evenly moistened and comes together to form a thick, cohesive “dough.” The mixture should be firm enough to roll.
